About the Project
Background
In the real-estate industry, contracts are still managed manually: long PDF files, manual clause updates, back-and-forth email exchanges, and a lengthy signature process involving multiple stakeholders.
This manual workflow causes delays, human errors, lack of transparency, and difficulty maintaining compliance.
The project was initiated to transform manual contracts into fully digital, editable, automated documents managed in a single system.
The Problem
Contract workflows are manual, fragmented, and inefficient
Contracts cannot be easily edited once exported as PDF
Key fields are not detected automatically, requiring manual re-typing
Form completion is slow and prone to errors
Multiple versions are scattered across emails and folders
Leads to confusion, inconsistency, and lack of visibility
Approval, review, and signature processes require several external tools
Heavy reliance on manual follow-ups results in delays and operational overhead
Lack of a clear, centralized workflow for contract progress & status
Objectives
Streamline the end-to-end contract lifecycle
Reduce manual work time by 40%
Automate as many steps as possible, especially field detection and data extraction
Align all stakeholders across the deal in one centralized platform
Improve transparency throughout the approval and signing process
Provide a significantly better user experience compared to the existing manual workflow
General Flow
WireFrames
High Fidelity
Upload Documents
Users can easily create a new contract or import an existing document into the system for fast setup.
One-Click Data Import
Smart AI Detection
The system automatically identifies and extracts key contract fields, displaying them in a clear, structured layout. As users review and make adjustments, the data is synchronized live with the document preview to maintain full transparency. The interface highlights relevant information visually, enabling quick scanning and efficient decision-making.
“Find Next”
After completing a field, the user can simply click Find Next to jump to the next required section. This guided flow reduces friction, minimizes missed details, and accelerates contract completion.

Automated creation of contracts based on templates
Integrations with external e-signature platforms
Expanding AI detection to more complex legal structures
Challenges
PDFs arrive in inconsistent formats, making field detection complex
Some contracts still require manual review due to legal nuances
High legal sensitivity requires strict version and change tracking
