Background
This project is about redesigning new visualization for task management, enabling the users to have a wide perspective of dependency tasks.
The Challenge
Large organizations often manage a complex web of interdependent tasks. Users find it difficult to visualize and understand these dependencies, resulting in workflow inefficiencies and the risk of project delays.
Team’s Objective
It is important to make the information accessible in a clear and simple manner. Users should be able to easily understand the dependencies between tasks and see the impact of changes on other tasks.

I used persona-design methods based on the knowledge we already had. (Existing clients)
I did it to create a shared understanding, increase collaboration, and brainstorm with stakeholders.

Results
Opportunity
By improving task discoverability and search functionality, we aim to reduce task redundancy and streamline task management.
We've redesigned the task presentation for each user, ensuring relevant information is readily available on every screen. This improves clarity and reduces the need for users to search for key details.
We need to migrate to a centralized, collaborative system for data management. This will ensure everyone has access to the most up-to-date information, eliminating confusion and improving data integrity.
Challenges
• We figured that we had to plan a configuration for admin and additional account types
• In the next level we'll allow restrictions and roles for different users.
• The additional challenge was to make the user get used to working with the cloud.
• From the UI perspective, I keep consistency with the existing UI.
